Ciara was born and raised in Bermuda, before attending theUniversity of Exeter, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Business Management. She joined Lockton Re in 2020, having begun her career at Willis Re in its graduate development programme as a broker in the non-marine specialty property division. She now works for Lockton Re’s Global Non-Marine Retrocession and Property Specialty team, supporting clients across multiple lines of reinsurance business. Ciara has her Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
