End of Year 2020 Review
2020 will always be known as the year of transformation. In what was a complex and fast-changing environment, the work the Bermuda Business Development Agency completed over the year was vital in setting the jurisdiction apart from others. The team worked hard to support COVID-19 relief efforts and to ensure Bermuda remained competitive, maintaining its reputation as a world-class destination in which to live, work and play.
The BDA delivered on its stated goals for 2020 including, achieving growth in international business formations in key industries, helping create viable new industries and business platforms that positively contribute to Bermuda’s economy, and promoting Bermuda’s reputation as a premier jurisdiction to potential new clients in key markets and across multiple industries.
