Keil Mello is a Bermudian with over 25 years’ experience in the international reinsurance industry as a marketing and communications senior executive. Keil leads the global marketing and communications function at RenaissanceRe, a Top 5 reinsurer headquartered in Bermuda. She relocated to the UK in 2023 to join the firm’s London office, which includes a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate. Keil is passionate about supporting women and young people in the industry, currently serving as a mentor in Lloyd’s Advance Programme for future female leaders and is active in RenaissanceRe ‘next generation’ market initiatives. She was educated in Bermuda and America, graduating with a BA (Honours) degree from Wake Forest University, NC.
