Kimberley is the UK Representative for the Bermuda and head of the government’s Office in the UK. She has served three times as Chair of the UK Overseas Territories Association (UKOTA) and currently is responsible for the financial services portfolio on behalf of the Territories collectively. Since 2008, she has been responsible for the Bermuda government’s policy direction and diplomacy in the UK and Europe, supporting Premiers, Governors and numerous Ministers on Bermuda’s engagement with the UK government. Notably, she was at the forefront of negotiations for the BREXIT MOU between British Territories and EU Overseas Countries & Territories; achieved visa-free access for British Overseas Territory Citizens across the Schengen Area; and secured greater representation for the OTs at the United Nations Climate Change Conference. She was listed on His Majesty’s 2024 New Years Honours list for dedication to public service.
