Kimberley has served as Bermuda’s Director of the London Office since 2008, overseeing its establishment as a respected and integral part of the Bermuda Government’s overseas engagement. She has been elected chairman of the UK Overseas Territories Association (UKOTA) three times, and has also served as chair of the UKOTA Financial Services Sub-Committee. In her role as the government’s representative in the UK, Kimberley has ensured critical delivery of consular services to numerous Bermudians living, working, and studying in the UK. She has also supported several Bermuda premiers, governors and government ministers who have visited the UK on behalf of the island. Notably, she has helped lead negotiations for the BREXIT MOU between the EU and British OTs.
